The primary focus for this comprehensive multi-surface training will be the cleaning, repair and protection opportunities for:

1. Natural and man-made tile including cleaning, repair and protection.

2.Luxury vinyl plank including cleaning, repair, and protection.

3.Engineered wood including cleaning, repair, and protection.

4.Stone including repair, honing polishing, and protection.

5.Shower glass restoration, cleaning, repair, and nano  protection.

6.Other surfaces, including laminate, engineered wood, solid hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, Granite, cast concrete, stained and top dressed concrete products, and others.

7.Grout cleaning Repair and Color seal.

8.Removal and replacement of tile.

Day one

Segment one—

The opportunities and markets will be explained, examples will be discussed followed by hands-on segment including identification process, and associated challenges.  Many of these new surfaces will be illustrated and discussed. We will explore newer techniques and products to resolve cleaning challenges for the property, owner or manager.

Segment two—

Profit potential and market expansion illustrated. We will illustrate and demonstrate examples of marketing tools, and techniques..

Students will be able to evaluate and visualize all the benefits of the restorative processes for the purpose of engaging positive customer response for successful acceptance of proposed restorations.

In this multimedia and hands-on segment new tools and ideas will be introduced.

Day two

Segment one—

We will explore options and tools for complete efficient cleaning and restoration for each hard surface.

Video, photos, and actual tools will be part of the classroom presentation here. Where applicable, the stripping of coatings will also be covered in this presentation.

Segment two—

Hands-on, demonstrations and instructions for segment one.  Each attendee  will become comfortable and proficient on proper and efficient use of tools, products, and techniques during this segment.

Day three

Segment one—

Repair opportunities illustrated after recognizing pre-inspection opportunities.  Each example will be shown and the process of repair explained for each of the hard surfaces previously shown.

Tile, stone, and grout repair will all be demonstrated. This will include scratches, holes, cracks, and acid etching.

Laminate, engineered, wood, and luxury vinyl plank Will be repaired through demonstration minor color, correction and color repair.

Attendees will engage with hands-on activities to actually perform most of these type of repairs.

Segment two—

Shower glass and enclosure restoration will be illustrated and demonstrated. Suggested pricing for this service will also be discussed.

The difference between scratches and micro abrasions will be demonstrated as well as Hard Water scale buildup.

Hands-on phase will include actual polishing and scale removal of shower glass. Various approaches and methods to glass. Restoration will also be discussed during the segment. 

The session will conclude with nano, hydrophobic, permanent coating application.
